FAQ

Common questions about HiringHost.

These answers cover the extension, screening path, talent pool access, employer verification, and workspace plans.

For candidates

Candidate-side questions

Questions about tracking, screening, and visibility into the talent pool.

What does the HiringHost extension track?+

The candidate-side extension is designed to help track job pages you visit plus roles you save or apply to, then sync that history into your HiringHost dashboard.

Do I need screening to use the extension?+

No. Candidates can use job tracking without joining screening. Screening is the next step only for users who want to enter the screened talent pool path.

What does Premium change for individual users?+

Premium expands candidate-side visibility by removing the free tracking cap and unlocking deeper insight views across your search activity.

How do I enter the talent pool?+

You complete your detailed profile, join the screening waitlist, and move through the HiringHost screening process before becoming part of the screened pool.

For employers

Employer and workspace questions

Questions about verification, employer types, recruiter operations, and plan-based hiring access.

Who can create an employer workspace?+

Employers, consultant-placement teams, and client staffing teams can create workspaces, but access is meant to open only after verification.

Can one company choose more than one employer type?+

Yes. The product model supports employer workspaces that operate in one, two, or all three hiring motions depending on account setup and plan fit.

How do plans affect candidate access?+

Employer plans control how many screened records and insight records are visible, whether resumes or contact details can be revealed, and whether recruiter support is included.

Can recruiters and managers both work inside the same workspace?+

Yes. HiringHost is structured so recruiters can execute candidate work while managers review metrics, performance, and account-level hiring activity.

Still missing something?

Read the workflow pages or talk to support.

The job-tracker, talent-pool, and employer-workspace pages go deeper on the platform flow. If you still need help, use the support routes.
